For adults who have a diagnosis of ADHD or who suspect they have ADHD and are who a resident of Harrow and Hillingdon.
The adult ADHD group provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for adults to come and explore what it means to have a diagnosis of ADHD, and to get help and support with issues arising in their everyday lives. Alternating months in-person and online.
