DESCRIPTION:Free 7-week course that focuses on increasing parents’ understanding of their autistic child/teenager\, and looks at how best to support them \n\n\n\nUnderstanding the Diagnosis: Autism Free online webinar series for parents and carers of children and teens living in North West London. \nThis ONLINE webinar course supports parents and carers of children and teens who are waiting for an assessement or have a diagnosis of Autism. \nℹ️ Key information (please read) \n💻 Online (Zoom) event \n📧 Joining details will be emailed separately \n⚠️ Tuesday Evenings 7.00 – 8.30 PM \nFree webinar series for parents and carers \nUnderstanding the Diagnosis – Autism is a free webinar course designed to support parents and carers of children and young people with an Autism diagnosis. \nAcross seven sessions\, the course offers clear information\, practical strategies\, and insight to help you better understand Autism and support your child or young person. The course builds gradually each week\, adding key information\, practical ideas and everyday strategies. We encourage you to join all 7 sessions if you can\, but please feel welcome to attend the sessions that work best for you. You’re welcome to attend the sessions that feel most relevant to your family’s needs. \nGetting started: There is no cost to attend. \nWhat to expect The course is structured to build week by week\, layering key information\, practical advice\, and strategies you can use in everyday life. \nSessions are delivered by a team with professional expertise and lived experience\, bringing both knowledge and empathy to each session.
