Youth Support Worker

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of ADHD / Autistic young people and their families?  If yes, you could be just who we are looking for!

CAAS is looking for an experience youth worker to join our team, providing support and mentoring to ADHD / Autistic young people aged 12-25 in Harrow.  The role also includes facilitating youth courses and groups, and training voluntary and statutory organisations to better support the young people they interact with.

The role is flexible, and the successful candidate can choose how many hours a week they work, ideally between 28-35 hrs per week.  Depending on the group and trainings taking place each week, some evening and weekend work may be required.  Staff work around 60% of the time from our office in Eastcote.

Salary : c £31k FTE

Family Support Workers

Do you want to work for a great organisation, where you can make a visible difference to families with an ADHD / Autistic child?  Our Family Support Worker role could be perfect for you!  

CAAS is looking for experienced family support worker to join our team, providing support, advice and signposting to families with an ADHD/Autistic child.  The role also include facilitating our parenting courses and family groups, and training voluntary and statutory organisations to better support the families they work with.

The role is flexible, working around 20hrs per week.  Depending on the groups and trainings taking place each week, some evening and weekend work may be required.  Staff work around 60% of the time from our office in Eastcote.

Salary : c £31k FTE.  The role is being recruited on a 14mth fixed term basis, but we hope it will be converted to  a permanent role in due course.

ADHD Advisor

Are you passionate about improving the life chances and experiences of adults with ADHD?  We have a dedicated ADHD advisor role vacant, focussed on providing one2one and group based support for ADHD adults, and you could be perfect for it!

The role is flexible, working around 18 hrs per week.  Depending on the groups and trainings taking place each week, some evening and weekend work may be required.  Staff work around 60% of the time from our office in Eastcote.

Salary : c £32k FTE.  The role is being recruited on a 1 year fixed term basis, but we hope it will be converted to a permanent role in due course.
