Schools Support Worker – Hillingdon

Join our ground-breaking project, taking our youth worth directly into secondary schools in Hillingdon, as we aim to support young people as they transition from primary to secondary school.

You’ll be offering one2one support during the school day, providing training to teachers and young people, leading assemblies and facilitating lunchtime clubs.  You’ll spend Mondays in our office in Eastcote, and the rest of the week working out of 4 different secondary schools in Hillingdon, creating a community of good practice that allows young ADHD and Autistic people to thrive.

Terms: Salary of £33k, working full time, full year round, with holidays to be taken during the school holidays.  The role is being recruited on a fixed term contract that ends 31st August 2025, although we hope it will be converted to a permanent role in due course as we anticipate this being a valued and impactful service.

Please email blaise@adhdandautism.org to find out more. To apply, please send your completed application form, with a short covering note to Blaise, at blaise@adhdandautism.org by close of play on Friday 1st March.  Please note that we are keen to move quickly, so early applications will be prioritised.
