What Others Think

We’re incredibly proud of the great feedback we’ve recieved on our trainings.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Our high-impact training is designed for organisations and professionals who want to build a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and create workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

Delivered by the experienced team at the Centre for ADHD & Autism Support (CAAS), our sessions are enriched by experts with lived experience — including autistic adults, people with ADHD, and family carers. This unique combination of professional expertise and real-world insight brings neurodiversity to life in a meaningful and practical way.

We are proud that our training has been recognised as an example of best practice within the Department of Health’s Think Autism strategy, reflecting the quality and impact of our approach.

This training can be delivered in person or online.

Training Services for Education Settings

including pre schools, schools, colleges, and universities

We are delighted to offer a range of support to schools under our Education Training offer.

In the UK, as many as one in twenty children are either ADHD and/or autistic. Education settings  often feel under-resourced to support these students effectively and value strategies to help them reach their full potential. Neurodivergent students face unique challenges, including difficulties accessing learning, bullying, and social isolation.

These barriers can be significantly reduced when educators understand and cater to their needs.

By offering training to education, we help your team build greater awareness, enhance their understanding, and feel better equipped to support neurodivergent students. Our training enables educators to foster a more inclusive environment and implement strategies that promote success for all learners.

Our education training offer also includes workshops for parents, facilitated coffee mornings and peer assemblies.

Bespoke training for your organisation

We offer our bespoke training at a competitive rate. Sessions can be provided either in person or online, offering flexibility to suit your team.

Our training is delivered by the experienced CAAS team and enriched by experts with lived experience, including autistic adults, individuals with ADHD, and family carers. Their contributions provide authentic, personal insight that brings real depth and impact to the learning. This approach has led to our programme being recognised as an example of good practice within the Department of Health’s Think Autism strategy.

Training can be delivered to small teams or larger audiences and is fully adaptable to your organisation’s goals. Popular introductory sessions, such as Understanding Autism or Understanding ADHD, typically last around one hour. Extended two-hour sessions explore practical strategies and workplace approaches in more depth and include interactive elements such as breakout discussions and group activities.
