Fundraising Officer
Salary: £30,000 FTE / Pro Rata £17,015
Weekly Hours: 23 hours (school term time – 38 weeks per annum) PLUS 7 hours per week for 6 weeks in school holidays
Annual Weeks: 45
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Fundraising Officer to join our team and help grow voluntary income to support our work with ADHD and autistic people and their families across North-West London.
Working closely with our Fundraising & Communications Manager and CEO, you’ll help develop our fundraising across community and challenge events, trusts and grants, corporate partnerships and digital fundraising.
A key part of the role will be building strong relationships with our supporters – from individual fundraisers and volunteers to community groups, schools, trusts and businesses – ensuring they feel valued, engaged and connected to the impact of their support.
About the Role
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager to grow voluntary income and build strong relationships with CAAS supporters and partners.
Developing community and challenge fundraising, events and new fundraising opportunities
Building relationships with supporters and community partners, providing excellent stewardship
Supporting trusts and grants fundraising and developing corporate partnerships.
Managing fundraising admin, CRM records and digital platforms, tracking income and supporter activity
What We Are Looking For
A confident communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys engaging with a wide range of people
Tech-savvy and adaptable, confident navigating CRMs, fundraising platforms and other digital tools
Organised and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience of corporate fundraising, trusts and grants, volunteer management or digital fundraising
