Specialist Adult ADHD & Autism Advisor
We are delighted to be recruiting for a specialist adult ADHD & autism advisor role, focused on providing one2one and group based support for ADHD & autistic adults. You don’t need to have any knowledge of or experience of ADHD or autism, but you do need to be organised, efficient, enjoy completing lots of different types of work every day and also feel confident working with a high volume of different people every week. We think this role would suit someone who has worked as a social worker, a teacher or a Social Prescriber. It is an incredibly rewarding and interesting role, working in a kind and happy team.
Depending on the groups being delivered, some evening and weekend work will be required, and the times of work may differ each week depending on what projects are running. Some of the work can be carried out at home, but some needs to be in the office, and some on location in NW London, so your flexibility is crucial.
Terms:
Ideally we would like the candidate to work around 22 to 25hrs per week, however we’re looking for the right person, so if you have a difference preference for hours, please just let us know. Salary is £32k-£33k Full Time Equivalent (so will be pro-rata’d according to actual hours worked).
If you want to work somewhere where you’ll be valued, enjoy a varied workload, and additionally have the ability to work both professionally and flexibly, then please apply by sending your completed application form, along with a short covering note, to helen@adhdandautism.org by 10am on Friday 30th January.
