Youth Services Programme Lead

We are delighted to be recruiting for a new role in our youth team at CAAS, supporting our Youth Team Manager by leading on some of our youth projects, and managing some of our Youth Support Workers.  The successful candidate will also be involved in offering direct support to teens, both at our centre in Eastcote, and in schools around NW London.  The youth team has grown significantly in the last 2 years, with 8 staff now regularly working across NW London, and we are looking to boost our management and delivery capacity.  As such, our ideal candidate will have experience of managing people and projects, and will be passionate about improving the lives of ADHD and autistic young people.

Last year, our youth team offered support and information to more than 1,500 different people, and provided more than 12 different types of service projects.  This role will be pivotal in ensuring we continue to offer those high quality services that can meet the growing demand we see for support for young people here at CAAS.

Terms: Salary is £36k FTE, and ideally for around 24-28hrs per week (so salary will be reduced pro-rata).  Reduced hours are available in the school holidays if desired, and there is some potential for home working (around 1 day per week).  The role is offered as a 1-year fixed term contract.

To apply, please send your completed application form, with a short covering note, to Blaise on blaise@adhdandautism.org, by 5pm on Wednesday 27th November. Click on the links below to apply.
