This group creates a space where individuals can discuss any issues in their lives, their worries and anxieties in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Discussions will be based on issues that impact daily life, as well as celebrating successes. Alternative months will be a social event out in the community.
Across two online evening sessions in July, parents whose children will start high school in September will gain practical strategies, have space to share concerns, and get your questions answered. Then in August, your child can attend a follow-up in-person session to help them feel more confident and prepared.
