ADHD Pre-Diagnosis Resources

These resources were created by the Adult Team at CAAS, with lots of input from ADHD adults, as well as from other professionals working in ADHD support services.  We extend a huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to designing and producing these resources.

We hope that the resources in this section are helpful for those who want to know about the ADHD diagnosis process or about what being diagnosed with ADHD might mean for them.
