This group creates a space where individuals can discuss any issues in their lives, their worries and anxieties in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Discussions will be based on issues that impact daily life, as well as celebrating successes. Alternative months will be a social event out in the community.

Our film group combines socialising and meeting new people in a safe and supportive environment whist enjoying a takeaway at our CAAS centre, or heading out to a local cinema. You choose the films, and take part in discussion afterwards. Cost: £5 for takeaway / £20 for outings. Places must be booked in advance.
